PP031 | Jasper Eden: In Episode #31 of Passion & Prosperity, I speak with Jasper Eden.  Jasper is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Freestyle Sports, whose goal is to make basketball fun and engaging for kids.  Originally from the Netherlands, an 8-year old Jasper saw a video of Michael Jordan and decided - at that moment - he wanted to play basketball in America.  Many years later as a high school student, Jasper was presented with an opportunity to lead a group of teens and discovered a passion for teaching.  In 2016, Jasper finally realized his dream of moving to the United States with his wife, Ayla, where they now teach basketball to individuals, groups and teams.  If you're fortunate enough to live here in Austin, TX, I would highly encourage you to check one out of their programs.  I hope you enjoy!

PP028 | Helen Schafer: In Episode #28 of Passion & Prosperity, I speak with Helen Schafer.  Helen is the Co-Founder of Tiny House Coffee.  After growing up on a horse farm in North Carolina and completing her studies at the University of Miami, Helen joined the Peace Corps and was placed in Nicaragua where she volunteered as a Community Health Educator.  Coincidentally, she ended up living in San Fernando, Nicaragua which is famous for its coffee production.  Helen worked directly with the farmers in her role as a health educator and learned a bunch about coffee along the way.  She went on to start Tiny House Coffee along with her partner Blake Thomas.  I hope you enjoy!

PP025 | Nathan Lewis: In Episode #25 of Passion & Prosperity, I speak with Nathan Lewis.  Nathan is the Quality Assurance Manager for Austin Beerworks.  After earning a degree in Psychology from University of Texas, he moved to Boulder, CO where he took his first job in the industry cleaning tanks at Left-Hand Brewing Company.  He then went off to brewing school in Germany, followed by a stint with Karbach Brewery in Houston, TX.  He is currently working with Evan LeRoy and his wife, Sawyer - of LeRoy and Lewis - to open a brew pub here in Austin.  I hope you enjoy!
