    PP023 | Evan LeRoy: In Episode #23 of Passion & Prosperity, I speak with Evan LeRoy.  Evan is the man "behind the pit" at Austin's most delectable BBQ experience, LeRoy and Lewis.  I had the please of visiting his food truck after a friend and self-proclaimed BBQ expert informed me he just tried the best BBQ in Austin.  (He wasn't kidding!)  The food truck certainly wasn't Evan's first rodeo as he fine-tuned his culinary expertise at Hudson's on the Bend, Hill Country BBQ (NYC) and finally as the Founding Pitmaster and Executive Chef at Freedmen's.  Together, with his co-partner, Sawyer Lewis, he opened a food truck in Central Texas with a unique and delightful twist on Texas BBQ.  I hope you enjoy -- both the podcast and the food!

    PP022 | Allan Staker: In Episode #22 of Passion & Prosperity, I speak with Allan Staker.  Allan is the Founder & CEO of Brain Chase, an online program initially created to help keep children sharp over the summer -- and is now enriching children everywhere, one global treasure hunt at a time.  Allan's journey began as a child, where he recorded progressively larger projects with a camcorder and eventually enrolled in Film School.  From there, he worked on a number of unique and interesting projects, all with some sort of tie to recording and producing content.  He then completed his MBA at Harvard, did a short internship with Apple, some work with Hawaiian Airlines and eventually relocated to Austin, TX so his kids could attend Acton Academy.  After a short stint at Dell, he founded Brain Chase where the journey to produce magical things continues.  I hope you enjoy!

    PP020 | Courtney Ray Goodson: In Episode #20 of Passion & Prosperity, I speak with Courtney Ray Goodson.  Courtney Ray is the Founder of Uncle Ray's Peanut Brittle.  Her journey to becoming The Brittle Babe began with a stint in the Peace Corps, where her sweet uncle sent her care packages containing his homemade brittle.  Courtney Ray shared the brittle with the locals and even used it as a fundraising tool for a local woman in Fiji.  Upon her return to the States, her ongoing exploration and personal development - as well as her sharing some brittle with her mentor - helped her to uncover some of her own creative talents and led to the launch of her company.  Courtney Ray also continues to be inspired by Charles Bukowski.  I hope you enjoy!

    ps - while Courtney Ray may be famous for her Bacon Pecan Brittle (yes, bacon) my favorite is the Pecan Brittle.  Mmmm, brittle.

    PP017 | Andrew Willis: In Episode #17 of Passion & Prosperity, I speak with Andrew Willis.  Andrew is an ultra-cyclist and the Founder of Holland Racing, which produces and manages bicycling events.  Additionally, his company oversees The Driveway Series, America's largest weekly criterium race.  Andrew developed a love of cycling at an early age and was inspired by America's first Tour de France winner, Greg Lemond.  His love of the bike continued to develop while living in small town Texas as a way to keep his nose clean.  He went on to race bikes professionally in both the U.S. and in Europe.  When he's not managing races here in Central Texas, he's participating in events such as No Country for Old Men, a 1,000 mile-ultra race across West Texas.  In fact, Andrew won the event in 2017 and is back at it again in 2018.  I hope you enjoy!
