From a young age we don't realize the reason we like or don't like something is actually a reflection of someone else's opinion.  Maybe we sway due to someone making us feel like something wasn't cool or worthy of our time.  Possibly our judgement gets clouded by others thoughts and we forget what ours actually are.  

What if we gave ourselves permission to do whatever we actually wanted to do, or like what we actually like?

What if we slowed down enough to actually listen to those voices and prompts that are within us? What if we took the rest of time actually figuring out ourselves.  What if we went inward and truly built a beautiful and authentic life?

Energy is an amazing thing.  However, it can change our day to day if we are not careful.  Possibly what you're feeling, isn't even yours to carry.  

Possibly you're carrying the emotion that is attached to someone else energy... Possibly you're putting an energy out to the world that you aren't even aware of...

Some of us just go through life without shielding ourselves, or even realizing what energies are around us.  

Becoming aware is so key to changing what energy you absorb, or how you influence the room.   

Slowing right down and allowing myself the space to look within, is one of the main tools I started to use.  
Journaling and writing it all out to really become clear.  
Doing activities to release all stored energies.  
Shielding myself and actually having mantras to release as I was hearing it.  
Surrounding myself with energies that feel so good for the soul.
