    Bio:

Vessi Kapoulian is the Founder of Dream Believe Achieve Capital Group, a real estate investment firm based in Los Angeles, CA.

Vessi grew up in Bulgaria behind the Iron Curtain. Growing up it was her dream to see the world behind The Wall. Not coming from a family of means, she leveraged her academic skills to earn a full scholarship and make her dream of studying in the US a reality. Initially, Vessi took the traditional path of going to school, getting a job and focusing on climbing

the corporate ladder of success. A few events of adversity led to her discover that she had been climbing the wrong ladder. That is when the seed of real estate investing germinated and became her passion.

Now Vessi helps other high achieving professionals who are tired of trading time for money and working 60+ hours a week create passive income streams to reach their goal of leaving a legacy for their families, diversifying their investments from the stock market, and achieving tax efficiencies.

Vessi’s professional background includes many years of commercial lending and business management experience. Her commercial lending experience has served her well in developing a conservative and analytical approach in assessing risk and investing prudently in real estate in order to maximize returns. Her business experience has helped develop a solutions-oriented and execution-focused approach, which has served well in managing her portfolio.

Today Vessi manages a portfolio of investor real estate properties in Georgia, Tennessee, and Florida (~$50MM AUM). She is also passively invested in a few deals as a passive investor.

Vessi is active in various real estate professional networks and a frequent speaker at meet ups and podcasts.

Vessi’s mission is to help other high achieving professionals secure their own financial freedom and create more optionality in their lives.

Vessi has earned a Bachelor degree from the University of Arkansas and an MBA from Northwestern University.

  • 079 - Silently Vending Away - Michael Hoffman

Building Your Passive Income Empire: Vending Machines, Real Estate, and More with Mike Hoffman

Welcome back to another exciting episode of Passive Income and Ventures! In this episode, we're diving deep into the world of passive income streams and entrepreneurship with our special guest, Mike Hoffman, aka Mr. Passive. From real estate and vending machines to the nuances of running a hands-off business, Mike shares his journey of turning active income into a diversified and passive income portfolio. Learn about the pros and cons of different business models, the importance of choosing the right locations, and practical advice on how to get started with minimal startup costs. Whether you're looking to leave your corporate job or simply want to supplement your income, this episode is packed with valuable insights to help you on your path to financial freedom.

Bio: I started my Passive Income journey from the humblest of roots.

At the time, I was working a 60-hour per week job that paid me only $1,200/month. I used my emergency fund to invest 20% down on a $70,000 fixer upper. After 2 years, I sold the property and rolled the capital gains into a $250,000 condo in the Pacific Northwest mountains. This condo allowed our family to enjoy the Cascades while also creating an Income Stream as a Short-term rental. From there, I started to leverage both time and money to build multiple Passive Income streams.

Soon, my wife and I found out our first child was on the way. Time with my family is everything to me, so I knew I needed to expand into other Passive Income streams. I discovered a unique and very low capital option with Vending.

Now, as our second kid is on the way, I have focused on generational wealth through a Vending route that includes over a dozen machines and thousands of dollars in monthly income.

If there's one thing my journey has taught me: The process is easier than I thought and I only wish I had started sooner.
