In this series (originally posted in 2021) we explore how the four cups of wine at the Seder correspond to the four stages of the Exodus and how we experience each of these stages in our own life. We explore how Egypt represents the 4 inner realms of earth, water, wind, and fire. We discover how we can become enslaved by our character flaws as well as how we can free ourselves from them.
