Derby Dan’s back from the track. In Episode 22 of the Past our Prime Show, Tip interviews Dan about his recent trip to the Kentucky Derby.
As Patriots fans and Tom Brady fans know, the Derby is where we see some of our favorite players outside of their natural habitat. Dan gives us a look inside the box at Churchill Downs. It was also draft week for the NFL. We get some great, contrasting Draft Day stories from both our hosts.
Dan and Tip get right into it by welcoming long-time Hockey pro, Josh Hennessy to the show. Josh is a well-seasoned athlete, spending nearly 25 years in professional hockey.
We hear a few of the stories from Josh’s time in the NHL, KHL, and Swiss and Swedish leagues. The boys talk about the differences in training camps for each of our hosts (and guest’s) sports. Tip tries his best translating some hockey terms.
