Tan visits the Jurassic era to test whether he can avoid becoming lunch and emerge victorious as leader of the dinosaurs.

Pushing the parameters of the game to its limits, Tan makes friends with dinosaurs, first crafting rudimentary armour and weapons for the great lizards before introducing them to the delights of song and dance.

Taking his lead from Spielberg’s Jurassic Park, our protagonist divides his new companions into two camps – good dinosaurs and evil ones. How does Tan communicate with his cold-blooded allies and how does he train them to obey his commands? Find out all of this and more.

This week’s episode is partly inspired by Steve Brusatte’s excellent book The Rise and Fall of Dinosaurs, which is a far more reliable source of information about the Jurassic period than PastMaster
