FELLOWSHIP WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT

Tuesday 15th February  2022. 

2 Corinthians 3:6 who also made us sufficient as ministers of the new covenant, not of the letter but the Spirit; for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life.

Many of us interact more with the letter but we instead need to interact more with the Spirit in the letter. This is because it is the Spirit that imparts what the letter speaks. 

Joshua 1:8 This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have success.

God's Word ought to be your meditation, song and speaking. 

Through the Word, you educate your spirit and become empowered with the virtues of God which help you to begin manifesting the new man in you. 

1 Peter 2:9... that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light;

The Word of God is Light and the more It gains entrance into our spirit and soul, the stronger we are built to attain stamina in times of challenges.

Acts 20:32  And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace, which can build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified.

There is something inside of you that needs to be constructed that you may grow and mature. 

This is by the ministry of the Holy Spirit through the Word. 

Job 23:12  Neither have I gone back from the commandment of his lips; I have esteemed the words of his mouth more than my necessary food.

When the devil wants to kill you he will carry you from the Word and let you live by secondary revelations. 

Stay in the Word!.

Matthew 26:41  Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.

It is not enough to be willing, there has to be enough strength ( the Word ) in your spirit to overcome the weakness which is in the body. 

Colossians 3:16  Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom;..…...

You must reach a point where God's Word will have a home in you just like Jesus was full of the Word that when the enemy pressed Him it came out of Him, "It's written"... (Matthew 4:4).

Hosea 4:6  My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee...

It is not the lack of scientific, medical, or technical knowledge but the knowledge of the Word of God which is superior to all. 

This is how we win in this life, spending time in the Word!.

May you receive a strong impartation of desire to study the Word.

STAYING ON THE COURSE

Monday 14th February 2022

2 Timothy 4:6-8... I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith...

Speed is not an advantage when you are running in a wrong direction. Stay in alignment with the course God has ordained/set for you to STAY in.

1 Corinthians 9:24-27... lest, when I have preached to others, I myself should become qualified.

It is very crucial to keep recalling the instructions God has given to you because they are the ones that govern your walk, running, and destiny.

As long as you keep in the confine with that word(s), walk, and run within it, you are certain of the crown at the end of the race. 

Stop comparing yourself with any man because we have different callings (2 Corinthians 10:12).

Compare yourself with Jesus who is our standard, and measurement for everything we do (Hebrews 12:2).

John 5:19 the Son can do nothing of Himself, but what He sees the Father do; for whatever He does, the Son also does in like manner.

We are here to copy and paste that which is of God and not to follow our ways or devise our system of doing things.

Many have fallen prey to the demonic spirits leading to their manipulation and being controlled by those spirits because they did not stay in alignment (2 Samuel 1:27). 

Jeremiah 17:5 Thus says the LORD:  " Cursed [is] the man who trusts in man And makes flesh his strength, Whose heart departs from the LORD.

It is very common and easy for a man to shift his attention from God to himself because of the continuous victories.

This attracts the spirit of failure. 

No matter how prayerful, holy, etc you think you are, stay in the place of humility and brokenness (Psalms 127) because you can fall anytime. 

Don't be too confident in yourself. Stay on the course and have confidence in Him by; 

1. Living  by the written word

2. Surround yourself with authentic voices (mentors)

CREATION BEFORE FORMATION-first and Second service

Man is a spirit being because He was created in God's image who is a Spirit  (Genesis 1:26-27, John 4:24).

God first created the spirit of man (Adam and Eve) before He formed their bodies. ( Genesis 1:27, Genesis 2:3)

Genesis 2:7 And the Lord God FORMED man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being.

Man was created in the spirit realm in Genesis 1 but was formed into the physical in Genesis 2.

That's how God does everything. It is first created in the Spirit before it is formed in the physical.

 The spirit world dictates what happens in the physical. ( Daniel 2:2). 

Genesis 2:18-19 And the Lord God said, “It is not good that man should be alone; I will MAKE him a helper comparable to him..."

No beast was a suitable companion to Adam.

Genesis 2:22-23 Then the rib which the Lord God had taken from man He MADE into a woman, and He brought her to the man. And Adam said: “This is NOW bone of my bones And flesh of my flesh; She shall be called Woman, Because she was taken out of Man.”

Though Adam was asleep he recognized Eve as his own because they had interacted together in the spirit realm during creation. He identified her by the Spirit realm, not physical. ( Gen 1:27).

This is how we choose partners and deal with things in this world. They  must be things we recognise  in the Spirit world. 

Romans 8:16 The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit..

The witness of the Spirit is the wisdom of God through which He leads us.

We must cultivate the art of checking in our spirits. (1 John 2:27).

Stay away from anything that does not bear witness in your spirit.

Hebrews 12:22-24 But YOU HAVE COME to Mount Zion and to the city of the living God, the HEAVENLY JERUSALEM, to an innumerable company of ANGELS, to the general assembly and church of the firstborn who are registered in heaven, to God the Judge of all, to the SPIRITS of JUST MEN made perfect,

You are a spirit being. Operating from the spirit realm, registered in heavenly (not earthly) Jerusalem, surrounded by angels and spirits of just men.

Learn to create from the spirit realm first to form strange manifestations in this physical world.

DELIVERANCE BY THE WORD

Saturday 12th February  2022 

Proverbs 11:9 But through knowledge the righteous will be delivered.

The greatest level of deliverance comes from the knowledge which is the Word of God. (Obadiah 1:17, Acts 20:32, Matthew 8:16).

God made a man in His own image and likeness (Spirit-like nature) Genesis 1:26-27

Genesis 2:7 And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and man became a living being. 

Man's spirit pre-existed his body (Jeremiah 1:5). This implies that the living being (soul) is an intermediate between the spirit and the flesh (body). 

Leviticus 17:11 For the life of the flesh is in the BLOOD, and I have given it to you upon the altar to make atonement for your SOULS; for it is the blood that makes atonement for the soul.’

The blood has both the natural (physical) and Spiritual components that drive the soul of a man.

It also has a voice that speaks on behalf of a man (Hebrews 12:24).

If there is the blood that speaks better things, then there is one that speaks bad things.

Hebrews 10:5.... But a body You have prepared for Me

Parents give birth to bodies but spirits come from heaven. If their blood is contaminated, its physical/spiritual component is transferred to the baby.

James 3:15 This wisdom does not descend from above, but is earthly, sensual, demonic.

All demonic activities and exchanges occur and affect the spiritual component of blood causing spiritual death which later leads to natural/physical death.

The greatest key to deliverance is knowing your identity in Christ and being filled with the Word of God ( Philippians 3:20).

Jesus was well furnished with the Word and it sustained Him from all the temptations of the devil ( Mathew 4:2-9).

Luke 5:17-18 And the power of the Lord was present to heal them. Then behold, men brought on a bed a man who was paralyzed, whom they sought to bring in and lay before Him.

An aggressive attitude is what God loves. That's why you ought to reach out in faith every time you are in the presence of God to partake of His grace (power). Mathew 11:12

Genesis 8:22 While the earth remains, Seedtime and harvest, Cold and heat, Winter and summer, And day and night Shall not cease.”

Spiritual activities follow cycles that when you miss a particular cycle, you get zero results.

That's why you ought to synchronize your works with the calendar of heaven through discernment to maximize and get results in whatever you do.

Romans 10:3 For they being ignorant of God’s righteousness, and seeking to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted to the righteousness of God.

You can not use your wisdom and expect results. Discern and do it God's way.

Genesis 18:1-2 Then the Lord appeared to him.....o he lifted his eyes and looked, and behold, three men were standing by him; and when he saw them he ran from the tent door to meet them, and bowed himself to the ground

These men looked ordinary but had a uniqueness. Their visitation led to the opening of Sara's womb.

There are diverse ways through which God can appear to us. Our assignment is to discern.

Numbers 22:21,23 Balaam rose in the morning, saddled his donkey, and went with the princes of Moab. Now the donkey saw the Angel of the Lord standing in the way with His drawn sword in His hand, and the donkey turned aside out of the way and went into the field. So Balaam struck the donkey to turn her back onto the road.

The donkey saw the angel but Balaam didn't.

We sometimes find ourselves in pain and predicament because we didn't see properly.

The Pharisees missed out because they expected Jesus to appear in form of fire or something strange rather than a baby yet prophetess Anna and Simeon saw salvation and redemption when they held Him (Luke 2:25-38).

May God give us open eyes to see and discern that we don't miss out on our seasons.

1 Peter 5:1 But the God of ALL GRACE, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, establish, strengthen, settle you.

There are diverse kinds of God's grace. There is a grace that deals with forgiveness of sin (Romans 5:20), grace that sustains a man in stressful state (2Corithians 12:9), grace that brings salvation to men (Titus 2:11), etc. 

John 1:14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of GRACE and truth.

Jesus Christ is the totality of God's grace personalized in which God's answers to a man's prayer is packaged (Hebrews 4:16).

Luke 2:40 And the child grew, and waxed strong in spirit, filled with wisdom: and the grace of God was upon him.

We grow in grace because it is available not only in quantity but also in diversities (James 4:6).

 Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me.

Paul meant that he's empowered by the grace of God to do anything that He assigns him to do (Galatians 2:20).

Zechariah 4:6(GNT) The angel told me to give Zerubbabel this message from the LORD: “You will succeed, not by military might or by your own strength, but by my spirit.

We are neither strong nor wise on our own. He (the Spirit of Grace) is our strength and wisdom.

Jeremiah 31:2 Thus says the LORD, The people which were left of the sword found GRACE in the wilderness ; even Israel, when I went to cause him to rest.

We're brought into greater dimensions of this Grace through prayer and fasting (Hebrews 4:16, James 4:6).

THE PRESENCE OF GOD

Friday 4th February  2022 

Genesis 3:23 therefore the LORD God sent him out of the garden of Eden...

When man (Adam and Eve) turned his back to God, he lost His presence and incense of life.

He was downgraded. The glory, presence and crown were lifted off his life because he obeyed the voice of the enemy. 

Man was a creature of the presence. When he lost the presence , all creatures became rebellious over man. 

Genesis 6:3 And the LORD said, "My Spirit shall not strive with man forever, for he [is] indeed flesh; ...

Outside the presence of God is regression, we just become dust which was given as food for serpent.

The preservation of a man is Gods presence. 

Man was reduced to dust when he lost the presence but blessed be the name of Jesus who did not only come to restore us but has placed us in a better position. 

Redemption is better than creation

There are 3 dimensions of His presence. 

1. The abiding presence which is the indwelling presence of God that every believer experiences when he/she   receives Christ Jesus.(Romans 15:13)

2. The presence upon which comes with the price by the baptism of the Holy Spirit ( John 20:22)

3. The omnipresence that is in the ability of God to dwell every where.( Psalms 139)
