Bio:

Pastor Chad Schapiro learned the value of hard work and integrity at a young age. After graduating from a Big Ten University with several business degrees he immediately began to put his talents to work running businesses. He is currently the CEO of OurGV (Our Global Vision) and Founder of Next Level Leadership. God has used his experience in running these international companies to help prepare him for serving in ministry.

Pastor Chad has been involved with numerous charities and non profits around the globe for over 15 years.


He currently serves as Chair of the Board of Directors at the Thousand Oaks Family YMCA. He has served on staff at multiple churches of various sizes and has a heart for leadership development and empowering others to use their God given gifts.

In 2017, God called him to plant a church in north central San Antonio at the Thousand Oaks Family YMCA. Ignite Community Church is a thriving multicultural, community focused church with a vision to ignite a generation for Christ.

Pastor Chad has enjoyed a beautiful marriage to his soulmate Erica for over 10 years. They have two beautiful daughters and enjoy serving the community together.

Having accomplished his own career in professional sports; starting a company like All Sports was a natural transition for him. Bay Bay is a native of San Antonio, TX. His 100 meter dash in High School at Roosevelt High in San Antonio was not broken until recently. In college Bay Bay played opposite the great future hall of famer, Darrell Green. He went on to sign a professional career with the Houston Oilers, Dallas Cowboys and played 7 years in the European Leagues before returning to his home town to finish his career “San Antonio Texans”. In 2006, his company, All Sports administered the strength and conditioning program for the East vs West Shriners’s college senior bowl. In 2008-09, All Sports administered the strength and conditioning program for the Division II college Senior Cactus Bowl All Star game in Kingsville. Today All Sports Speed and Conditioning continues to train athletes to elevate their athletic performance to the next level in all sports.
