Are we aware of the Holy Spirit Work in our lives- Now again I must say that if you have been with us this week for revival that you know that the Holy Spirit is awake. That Holy Spirit Flame has been burning as we have experienced that awesome power and presence of the Spirit is within this place. The flames are burning and I do pray that you are all letting them burn bright even as we go out of this place. There is however a need that we be certain that we maintain an awareness of the presence of the Holy Spirits impact on our lives. There is a great need to we not forget that this great blessing sent unto us by God. Wait one second there let me rephrase this. This the greatest blessing of all blessing sent unto us by God is over looked by so many. Do you know that even, we who call ourselves Christians do at times find ourselves unaware of the presence of the Holy Spirt working in us, and speaking unto us- Have we been living as if we have let the Holy Spirit fall asleep with us- Have we not understood the power and presence and meaning of that which the Holy Spirit impact upon our lives truly is- Well good thing for us is we can find answers in the truth of scripture, the holy word of God. Yes I am sure that you all will say I know the Holy Spirit comes to dwell within us immediately upon our salvation. But do we understand that it takes our entire lifetime for him to do his work within us- Do you realize that the truth about the Holy Spirt power within us is that he is with us to make the way, prepare the way, and pave the way that we may be equipped to do completely all that God desires of us-

Tomorrow Night we begin a series of meetings that we call Revival. That is so interesting because we so often hold such meetings in our churches and yet they come and go like any other church meeting or gathering. Yet it is long past time that we seek God and pray for Revival. Do you know what revival is- Have you experienced revival lately- I also think there is no better time to be talking about revival of the people to the church of Christ than now. For that I have several reasons. --First is that it is high time that we in this nation experience a revival an awaking to the Holy Spirit, a returning to God. Do you agree- In all that is going on in this country it is time we return to the Message of Christ. It is time we focus on the things of God. It is time that we become the light in the darkness that all can see Christ through us. Is that what you want- It is time that we stand up for God honoring values, and God pleasing morals will you agree with me- Come on now it is long past time for revival do you agree- Well what are you going to do about it- --Second is that we today are here to celebrate a risen savior. Did you hear what I said we are here to celebrate the resurrection, the very Reviving of our Lord and savior Jesus Christ from Death to Life- What are you going to do about it- Are you going to seek reviving for yourself- You can be dead and lost in sin and Christ can raise you back to life. You can be living like a dead soul and Christ can revive and rejuvenate you. Are you going to seek a revival for your community-

It is no secret that the Resurrection of Jesus Christ plays a magnificent role in the Gospel message that we have available to us today. Understanding the reason for His crucifixion is crucial for us to believe as Christians. Knowing that He died and rose again. That the resurrection a revival in its self. Can we understand how His resurrection was to be a revival unto us- To bring us unto Him and believe in him the one and only Son of God who for our sins defeated the sting of death. Well the answer to that question can be clearly seen in Romans 4-25--25 Who was delivered for our offences, and was raised again for our justification.--Not a lot of explanation to do here simply said Jesus was sent to the cross to be crucified not for anything that He had done but for our sins, our offences. I have not really got there yet but the latter part of this verse is equally important because it clearly points us to a risen Savior. Jesus Christ did not stay dead but was risen out of the grave and that is what today is truly all about. Our Savior Jesus is not dead but lives and is seated at the right hand of our father in heaven God Himself. You ask Buddhist where is Buddha- He is dead. You ask the followers of Mohamed where is Mohamed. He is dead. There is no other who has tried to set himself up as equal to Jesus who can say with so much evidential proof to back it up that they live today other than Jesus. All the others are truly are dead and gone.
