  God needs you. He needs a partner - boots on the ground,

  to accomplish His will. He calls us His hands and feet. Moses, I need

  you. He created us with a purpose. He sent you into Egypt, a Trojan

  horse, waiting to unleash the power and promise of God into the solar

  system where he positioned you. It's gonna happen. You are like an

  undercover special mission MI6 sleeper cell, just about to be triggered

  into action. Before God called Gideon into action, he was frustrated. He

  felt worthless. What can I do? What's the point? Then the Lord shows up,

  "Gideon, you're exactly where I want you, welcome to the story I have

  written for you." Gideon was frustrated, complaining how the world is

  falling apart, feeling helpless. And often when Goliath is on the

  battlefield calling down profanity, so many sit on the sidelines waiting

  for someone else to show up. But I want you to know that you are the

  someone else. God needs you. When Sarah felt replaceable she gave

  Abraham Hagar to have the promised son, but she found out she wasn't

  replaceable. It had to be her. God said nope, you are chosen Sarah, it

  has to be you, no one else will do. This whole world needs us, it's

  hurting, in pain, lost, broken, imprisoned, miserable. God is awakening

  something in you, today is your burning bush day. And your mission,

  should you choose to accept it, is all about others.

• April 22, 2018God Chose You: You're Significant

  Today I want to talk to you about your value, your

  worth, your significance to God. Studies show that 85% of Americans have

  a low sense of value, that they are not significant, but feel common,

  small. You may feel confident in some things, but in other things you

  may have fears, feel weak. Society and science have told you that you

  are an accident, a freak occurrence of a pool of goo that came together

  to create a single-celled organism. There is no master plan, there is no

  destiny, both you and life are aimless, pointless, meaningless. But God

  speaks differently about you.... He says He created you... Ephesians

  1:4-5 (NIV) "For he chose us in him before the creation of the world to

  be holy and blameless in his sight. In love he predestined us for

  adoption to sonship through Jesus Christ, in accordance with his

  pleasure and will—" You were redeemed in order that you may bear fruit

  unto God. Significance communicates importance, uniquely needed and

  necessary. Without you it's not going to happen according to God's plan.

  Satan wants you to feel insignificant, common, like you don't matter.

  This way as God brings opportunity your way, you will say "No, what can

  I do? How could I help? Nope not me, try again." 2018 is going to be a

  year for you, God is bringing you purpose, things you've said no to in

  the past He is bringing around again, challenges you couldn't step into

  you are going to find a new strength and courage, risks will not seem

  risky. Dreams and visions are coming alive and you are leaping into the

  valley of the unknown with brave confidence.

• April 08, 2018God Chose You: Free from Fear

  Today I want to talk to you about where godly confidence

  comes from. Confidence is an attribute of success, it is a critically

  important quality, and one that God wants you to have. When God comes to

  Joshua He declares over him in Joshua 1:9 (NIV) "Have I not commanded

  you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged,

  for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go." God was saying

  that strength and courage will drive fear and discouragement out of your

  land! When you received Jesus you received strength and courage, He is

  your Joshua. Do not throw away your confidence! It will be richly

  rewarded (Heb 10:35). You serve a confident Jesus that is revealing His

  confidence in you! Luke 13:32 (NIV) He replied, "Go tell that fox, 'I

  will keep on driving out demons and healing people today and tomorrow,

  and on the third day I will reach my goal.' Consider the heroes of our

  Bible: Peter who climbed out of the boat, the apostles who risked jail

  time and death, Daniel who prayed to God in front of everyone. God is

  calling us to His promises and He is saying we will need to be

  confident, and the confidence, courage and strength we freely receive

  through Christ will drive fear out of our hearts. What is it that would

  cause a man or woman to leap into the unknown, to laugh at

  insurmountable odds, to handle an avalanche of weight with swagger?

  Joseph, come interpret Pharaoh's dream. "Yeah, alright." My desire is

  that Living Word would be an army of risk takers, water walkers, jump

  out of boaters, men and women who aren't afraid, who spring courageously

  into the unknown valleys, a church filled with the strong, the fearless,

  the brave.

  Today I want to talk to you about one man's incredible

  story with Jesus Christ. Springing up from this story comes one of the

  most-well known Bible verses on the planet - John 3:16 (NIV), "For God

  so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever

  believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life." John 3:1-2

  (NIV), "Now there was a Pharisee, a man named Nicodemus who was a member

  of the Jewish ruling council. He came to Jesus at night and said,

  'Rabbi, we know that you are a teacher who has come from God. For no one

  could perform the signs you are doing if God were not with him.'

• March 25, 2018Transformation Through Instruction

  I want to talk to you about transformation through

  instructions. The game of life came with instructions. Romans 12:2 tells

  me to not be "conformed to the patterns of this world, but be

  transformed." God has new information, better information. Better

  information means better decisions. This book is a map to the treasured

  life God has for you. It's a treasure map. As you follow the

  instructions of the Word, you find the treasured life God has for you.

  He gives you His Spirit to unlock the mysteries in here. Here's the

  problem, a lot of times we know we need help, we ask questions... well,

  what do I do now? My marriage, raising kids, my new job, relationships,

  people, economics, my friend betrayed me, my dad passed, I'm down, what

  now? He has instructions for every area of your life. What if you knew

  exactly what to do? Psalms 19:7 (NLT) "The instructions of the LORD are

  perfect, reviving the soul. The decrees of the LORD are trustworthy,

  making wise the simple." Here's the problem, sometimes life finds itself

  in a crisis because we were following the wrong instructions, or no

  instructions. A life can be transformed with new information! My big

  battle is often debt. I want it now, and I don't want to wait. God has a

  better way for every area of your life, and His intention is to give you

  the best life possible.

  "This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall

  MEDITATE in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to

  all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous,

  and then you will have good success."

  Today I want to talk to you about Transformation through

  Grace. The Word of God works in us to conform us more and more into the

  image of the son. The Word of God is a seed, packed with purpose, power,

  and principle. When it catches life in our heart, boom, stuff happens.

  The Word came to Samson's mom she would conceive a son. Boom, she does

  and the fruit of this son was freedom from the Philistines. You see, the

  Word works to free you, to free others. The Word comes to Mary in Luke

  1:30-31 (KJV), But the angel said to her, "Do not be afraid, Mary; you

  have found GRACE with God. You will conceive and give birth to a son,

  and you are to call him Jesus." Look at the defining characteristic of

  the womb that would germinate the seed planted.

• February 25, 2018Heart for the House: House of Transformation

  "How I long to be with you so that I might impart some

  spiritual gift to you..." (Romans 1:11) - something magical happens in

  the gathering, something God designed to be a routine, once a week, a

  place you would come. Ezekiel 46:9-10 (KJV) "But when the people of the

  land shall come before the LORD in the solemn feasts, he that entereth

  in by the way of the north gate to worship shall go out by the way of

  the south gate; and he that entereth by the way of the south gate shall

  go forth by the way of the north gate: he shall not return by the way of

  the gate whereby he came in, but shall go forth over against it. And the

  prince in the midst of them, when they go in, shall go in; and when they

  go forth, shall go forth." It's a picture of the transforming house of

  God. God forbid them to leave the same way they came

  in.
