Let's talk about what happens when you know God has a plan for you, an assignment, but you aren't there yet. You know you are anointed, but your ship hasn't come in. You're somewhere, but not where you want to be. You're in between the oil and the crown.

"And Jesus grew in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man." (Luke 2:52 NIV)

Sometimes, we get impatient. What is the meaning of my existence? Why am I here? What am I doing? I feel stuck. We think of our purpose as something beyond the horizon, but I want you to know you can find purpose in every moment. We all want that burning bush moment: a precise, loud moment of what to do next. But the key to purpose is to be great right where you are. When you find purpose where you are, purpose will come looking for you.

"Now My soul is troubled, and what shall I say? 'Father, save Me from this hour'? But for this purpose I came to this hour." (John 12:27 NKJV)

The assignment God has for you is sometimes daunting. It's too big. But I want to show you that within your purpose is the power to drive you to the finish line. The provision is in the purpose, and it will propel you through the storm, over the giant, and to the top of the mountain.

What movie are you playing? Stop playing the movie of what used to be or of an apparent loss. God wants to do new things in your life, better things, and He wants you to see that they're already yours.

In your life, you will face the impossible. Consider Mary when confronted by the angel, Gabriel. She could have said, "That's impossible." Instead, she said, "I am the Lord's servant. May it happen to me as you have said." Mary received the word and conceived it--the impossible was accomplished in her.

"For no word from God will ever fail." (Luke 1:37 NIV)
