In this passage we see that faith faces death and trusts in God’s plan and while there are many lessons to be learned from these men the author of Hebrews drives home the point for us that each of these died with faith in God’s promises even in the life of Isaac and Jacob they had many failures in their walk of faith and yet but the grace of God they crossed the finish line with a strong faith.
