Pastrami Nation

What does it really mean to “be a man”?

In the first episode of Pastrami Nation: After Hours, Nolan, Jason, Kevin, Phillip, and Ethan step away from the usual pop culture conversation for something a little more personal.

The guys talk about growing up with ideas of what it meant to be “strong,” the pressure to hide what you’re going through, the masks we wear around the people in our lives, and why asking for help can sometimes be one of the hardest things to do.

It’s an open conversation between friends about men’s mental health, the things we’ve learned along the way, and what we would say to any guy struggling to speak up about what he’s facing.

No experts. No pretending we have all the answers. Just five guys having a conversation we think more men should be having.

Pastrami Nation: After Hours.

More than pop culture.
