The guys welcome Prince Dollars of New York’s Hot 97 to discuss Drake’s (maybe magnum?) opus, Scorpion. They talk rap beefs, swap updated track lists, and hear about Drake’s first ever show in NYC. *cringe* What really is an album?
Check out Prince on Instagram and Twitter (@princedollars).
The guys sit down with recurring guest Nicole Wetsman of Episode 4 fame (and journalist/writer at The Verge) to talk The King of Staten Island, as well as all things BDE and Judd Apatow. Jon gets defensive, Pat loses his mind over a completed tattoo, and Nicole regrets being a recurring guest.
Happy Birthday to Tim S., one of our favorite listeners!
The boys are joined by filmmaking duo, Lorian Gish (IG: @loriangish) and Justin Knoepfel (@justinknoepfel) to discuss their relationships to horror and some tentpole films in the genre. They also discuss Justin and Lorian’s upcoming short, The Howling Wind (@howlingwindfilm). Also, Pat unfortunately talks about his brief foray into auditioning for horror films. (Yuck!)

The boys are joined by English teacher (and Jon's former co-worker at The Pennington School) Samm Stern-Leaphart to recall their favorite childhood movies. They also talk about showing movies to kids (don’t worry: Samm has the kids, not Pat and Jon), and how movies we see as kids age well or age horribly. Also, Pat gets a free pass for his Red Dead Redemption addiction and Jon reads a treasured piece of film criticism.

Sorry for the wait, but we didn't think it was right to release an episode the past few weeks given the protests and events surrounding the Black Lives Matter movement. But today we sit down with actor Lester Finley to talk Denzel Washington and his two (of many) masterpieces: He Got Game and Devil in a New Dress. We also talk about the importance of supporting black filmmakers and actors—and not just for the sake of the Oscars. Please, don’t watch The Help!

The guys (aided by old pal, comedian and filmmaker Jonathan Lee-Rey) discuss the art that makes them cry. When is it okay to cry? What's it like going to sporting events at a Division III school? Pat goes to movies with his great aunt?
Check out Lee-Rey on Instagram and Twitter: @jontheerey.

The guys sit down with old pal and film critic Kyle Amato. Kyle and Jon watched every Best Picture winner at the Oscars, and they talk about the highs (the 70s) and the lows (every other decade). Pat cannot get over Spotlight.
Follow Kyle on Twitter (@kyle_amato) and check out his film reviews at Boston Hassle.

P & J are joined by health and science reporter Nicole Wetsman of The Verge to discuss the magazine-to-film pipeline. Jon and Nicole also gang up on Pat about the movie Spotlight.

The boys enlist special guests Alex and Blake Chernin to listen to and discuss the entire cast recording of Jesus Christ Superstar. The topic of religion is broached!
