Over 25 years, Mayden has supported millions of patients (now over 10 million records, a fifth of the UK population) by turning unused healthcare data into better outcomes, faster access, and evidence-based care.
Chris shares his journey: from engineering at Cadbury's, university projects comparing manufacturing and healthcare, to founding Mayden in 2000 after spotting massive untapped potential in health data.
He talks about building a humble, kind culture, stepping back after recent investment, writing fiction (with a sequel in the works), and investing in new ventures.
