This podcast episode is from our Tribe of Royals group coaching session 1 entitled: Get To Know Your Inner Self.
People go into relationships and jobs without ever thinking about the outcome they want, disassociating from their ability to take responsibility and to co-create the result that will impact their life.
People want to feel in control, to feel secure, and from there, in the midst of security they can do everything else they put their mind to.
Due to Negativity Bias, people remember unpleasant experiences and trauma more often than good ones.
Remembering when you were powerful when you were able to do things is a good way to balance Negativity Bias.
Being clear with your desires points you towards deeper inner knowing especially of the self when you realize what lightens up that fire within.
This requires self-inquiry and digging deeper:
“Is it possible for your inner self to go ahead with your desires when it doesn’t trust that you will take care of it when you need it?”
“How would the Inner Self and the Self stand confidently together, how would they operate if they were separated?”
How would it look like if you were united with your Inner Self?
It’s fear that keeps us from moving forward is a side-effect of the things happening in our lives.
Taking note of the little things that you’re grateful for and proud of achieving, and mix these little things, the big things is already rewiring your mind.
This podcast episode is taken from our Tribe of Royals Group Coaching session. This session talks about Combating Anxiety. Read the full content from the session below:

WHAT WE DID LAST WEEK (Key Questions to Remember)
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Have you ever been in a situation where things are chaotic, it’s raining cats and dogs, but you’re feeling great anyway?
The quality of your feelings, the quality of your emotions, is the quality of your life experience.
As human beings, we are emotional creatures.
Some days we feel we are elated, other times we are feeling down and low.
Anxiety and negativity play a great role in why we aren’t moving forward with our dreams. The more we are anxious, the less our energy and emotions become, resulting in inaction.
And one of the challenges in our lives today, is how can we influence those feelings, rather than them influencing us.
And how do we do this?
It all comes back to reprogramming our minds to think certain thoughts, by eliminating the negative and anxious thoughts, and replacing it with positive and inspiring ones.
Thoughts that can drive us to achieve our visions.
To take that step forward to realise the desires we want in life.
When you start feeling anxious and have negative thoughts, take a step back and pause for a moment.
Think of what triggered that anxious thought in the first place. Once you’ve identified it, immediately switch your thinking and ask yourself, what do you want to feel and think instead?
You can think of a happy moment that happened in your life and think of how you felt then.
Replay that feeling in your mind and begin to relax and feel that same feeling.
Combating anxious and negative thoughts is vital if you want to achieve your vision.
Because as we all know, thoughts influence our emotions, and emotion causes us to take action or inaction.
So if you want to take that step forward to achieve your plans for your vision, have a clear and positive thought and emotions.
Feel empowered and confident that you will achieve the kingdom you desire.
Be awesome Royals!
A lot of times, we want things in life but haven’t actually got an actionable plan on how we can get the results we desire in our lives.
This is true for most of us.
So what do you think is missing in the things that we do to be able to finally create the life we want?
A focused mindset.
So how do we influence our mindset?
By learning how to reprogram the mind, and consistently follow through, so we can succeed in any area of our lives.
There are 4 key elements we must consider in order to program our brains to do the desires we want: They are:
Always consider these 4 elements and apply them every time you have a big goal or target destination that you would want to be.
With a focused mindset, and a clear definition of your destination, it would be highly likely that you would be where you want to be in a few year’s time.
Remember, if you have a clear vision, then everything else follows.
Last week, we talked about energy levels, and how it affects a lot of things in our lives.
And yesterday, we have established that energy is directly connected with our emotional state.
Do you ever notice if you are in a bleak state or if you’re feeling all these negative emotions, that you aren’t able to do much?
On the other hand, if you’ve been up so late from a 2-day conference and only had about a couple of hours sleep. The following day you still feel excited and energized to attend day 2 of the conference.
Why is that?
One of you mentioned motivation. Another mentioned, we tend to feed off of others' energy as well.
But behind all that, there is a process that happens.
It is our Thoughts.
All of these influence the way we think.
An amazing psychologist mentioned something to me which I never forgot. He said:
“Your thoughts create emotions.”
And there is a dynamic cycle behind this process.
Remember this:
Your thoughts influence emotions - > Emotions cause us to take actions or inactions -> Actions then become our habits -> Habits determine our relationships and the quality of our lives - > And the quality of our lives influences our thoughts.
And the cycle continues.
So then, if the construct of our life experience is dependent on our energy, and our energy/emotional state is dependent on our thoughts…
Therefore, there ought to be something we can do to influence our life in the direction we desire.
And you can start today by:
I’m going to leave you off with an activity you can start doing in order to take control of your thoughts.
I’ve attached below a pdf worksheet, and I want you to really think about your answers and work on it as honestly as you can be.
Remember…
The difference between a king and a servant is the way they think.
When you master your thoughts, you master your emotions.
Master your actions.
Master your habits.
Master your relationships.
And master your life.
Hello Royals! To truly move forward means to have a clear sight of where you want to go, or where you’re going.
Having a vision of that path requires authenticity to one’s self, to truly resonate with your desires and dreams every step of the way.
On today’s Path to Kingdom episode, I’m sharing the space with Tim Pawul who I met in Fiji a year ago during a Tony Robbins conference to talk about how he’s navigated and succeeded within his industry, and the importance of authenticity in each step.
Tim Pawul works in the oil and gas industry connecting investors and clients to further their business by helping them form partnerships and deals. Tim is also very passionate about making a difference in the world in any way possible.
He and his wife Erika are trying to raise funds for Hope-Joy Kamuntu, the son of a family who fled the Civil War in the DRC in 1998. Listen to their inspiring and heartwarming story here:

Hello Royals!
Welcome to episode 10 of Path to Kingdom podcast. Last time we talked about RPM which stands for Result, Purpose and Method. And like I mentioned, it’s a tool that allows us to achieve practically anything in relationships, in business, and in small and big things
Now let’s move on to what’s next--asking the question “who?”
Who is the version of me that is capable of creating this version of my dream?
The “who” is a very powerful question because it allows you to understand and get a visual reality of that you are doing certain things in your life on a consistent basis that is either going to take you in this direction or that.
Hello Royals!
Welcome to another episode of Path to Kingdom. Before anything else, I just want to congratulate you for investing in yourself today by learning and doing things that will help your life progress forward. My hope is that by the end of this, I will be able to add value to your life.
So, for today’s episode, I want to share with you the RPM Method, which is an achievement tool created by Tony Robbins.
What is the RPM method?
R stands for Result
P stands for Purpose
M stands for Map
It’s a very powerful tool that allows you to practically sit down, clarify what you want to achieve, understand why it is important for you and the mechanics of how to achieve it.
For today’s episode, I invited Eric Balance to join me for a talk on business leadership and how to be an effective leader in this day and age.

Today’s podcast episode 7 topic is all about negativity bias and the impact of negativity. Theory suggests that the brain is 5 times more likely to remember the negative events that happened to you more than the positive events. This is why sometimes our brains tend to focus on the negative things more than the positive ones.
But there are ways to deal with negativity and if you want to learn more, make sure to check out and listen to the full episode.
