If you think about it, there's a lot of scripture in the Bible that has violence in it. It's in there because God knew you and I would be in a fight one day. He knew you and I would have to know how to spiritually fight. See I believe every physical fight is really a indication of a spiritual issue going on.

Have you’ve felt like you’ve been thrust into a dark hole by something that has happened to you. A dark valley with walls so steep you feel like you could not escape. How do you handle those times? What do you do when life caves in?

Ever felt like giving up? People have always battled against insignificance. We have tried to live our whole life based on others approval. Ultimately this leads to depression, anxiety, and a lack of understanding that God has a bigger plan and purpose for my life.

Prayer is one of the most powerful resources a believer can have! We believe in the power of prayer. However, that does not mean that just because we pray for something to happen, that it will. God can do whatever He wants to do, and He can change whatever He desires to change. But let’s face it, unless God really has a good reason to, not every prayer gets answered the way we want.

Most of us are willing to take credit for the good we do. Some of us are willing to take the rap for the bad we do. But few will assume responsibilities for the mistakes of others. Still fewer will shoulder the blame for mistakes yet uncommitted. Jesus chose to put himself in the middle, not of the spotlight or fame, but of the consequence for sin.

Much of Jesus' ministry too place around the Sea of Galilee. There He called his first disciples, performed miracles, and taught. Jesus had been dedicated as a child when he was eight days old according to the custom of his people. As an adult he affirmed his commitment to the will of heaven by being baptized himself. No one can accuse Jesus of asking us to do something he wasn’t willing to do himself. He walked his talk.
