There is still a huge amount of work to be done when it comes to truly embedding diversity, equity and inclusion into the workplace – especially in relation to creating employment for those who are marginalized. So, for this week’s episode of The Shortlist we’re delighted to be shining a spotlight on people who are determined to make actual change happen.
First, we have Siobhan Sweeney, the Director of Development, Inclusion and Diversity at the Open Doors Initiative – an organization dedicated to creating opportunities for the marginalized through training, education and employment. And we also welcome Richard Bradley, the Managing Director UK & Ireland at the renowned recruitment company Kelly Services who has teamed with SocialTalent and Open Doors to train people in sourcing and provide an opportunity for employment.
