In 2008, the Weird Book organization anonymously received a tape labeled "The Roosevelt Project: 1998 - The Terrible."  While the mainstream media has treated the recording as a hoax, many parapsychologists and researchers, including those in the  Weird Book organization, consider it to be authentic.  There have been rumors of a government program called the Roosevelt project for years, but little is known about it.  This audio is thought to reveal some insight into the project.
