It's been a tough week for Patrick Brown. Tuesday night, we learned about his ouster from the Conservative Party of Canada's leadership race over allegations that he broke financing rules. And, at the same time, he is facing troubles with his own Brampton City Council. Five City and regional council members for Brampton have voiced their concerns about his leadership. So, what does this all mean for his political future? And, remember we talked about Canada hosting the world cup games in 2026 and how this will cost taxpayers $600M? Well, now we are learning that Toronto City staff have estimated that we will be on the hook for an additional $10M due to the increase in inflation rates. Our municipal panel weighs in on the latest.

BRITISH PM BORIS JOHNSON AGREES TO RESIGN

British Prime Minister Boris Johnson announced today that he is resigning after calls from members of his Conservative Party to do so. He also said that he would stay on until a new leader is chosen to replace him.
