2 juveniles have been charged for spreading certain photos of other juveniles. What happened to the good ole days of fighting in the parking lot after school? I jest, but one of the ways schools all over the state are reacting is to remove cell phones and thanks to a new law, all the schools in Tennessee are having to make set new guidelines.

Nashville settles a lawsuit over Dr. Battle for $6.5 million, and they agreed to this settlement after a closed door meeting.

Then Nashville turns around and says they need more money to police the transit system.

Tim Burchett defends cuts to an East Knoxville project & mailers sent at taxpayer expense draw ire for Senate Majority Leader Jack Johnson.

And as warned, many parents were told they would have a private school Voucher, and then they found out it was an error!

If you thought being in school was tough, imagine setting rules for an entire system of over 50,000!

Joining us to break all this down and more is Tammy Sharp of the Rutherford County School Board. Learn more about Tammy at the link here: https://www.facebook.com/p/Tammy-Sharp-Rutherford-County-School-Board-Zone-1-100063992735702/

The Race for Tennessee's recently vacated District 7's Congressional seat is getting crowded, and endorsements are being given out by a lot of influential people.

7 Mayors have all endorsed 1 candidate, while Mark Green has endorsed another.

So, what's an endorsement worth? Would it sway your vote?

Plus, Liberal politicians decided to share the story of a woman "denied prenatal care" because she wasnt married. It was shared by Heidi Campbell, Gloria Johnson, the TN Holler, & more.

Is this 1960? Or is she spinning a tale?

We are going to look at some of the circumstances and decide if this speech needs a Community Note.

Joining me to discuss this as well as give District 7 voters an opportunity to hear from a candidate in a long form, unscripted conversation is Jon Thorp. Jon is running for Mark Green's seat in congress, is an Army Veteran, helicopter pilot & proud Tennessean.

What do you demand in your next Congressman?

Tennessee is about to be a trend setter, and the responsibility is great. Make sure we show them why we are called "the Volunteer State."

Recently, John Rich got involved in the Cheatham County TVA debacle and helped citizens secure a major victory. They have announced they arent moving forward with the plans. Best part is, that's not the only local news making national headlines.

In addition to the District 7 Congressional race kicking off, the Wall Street Journal & MSN both published stories about previous Coffee County Mayor Judd Matheny's untimely demise. That's a tale we are just about to publish an update on, so stay tuned.

Plus, a local 6 year old was allegedly left traumatized after ordeal at Longview Elementary after she was carried away by an SRO.

Plus, a Byron Black, a death row inmate was denied a competency hearing. Find out what the TN Supreme Court said tonight!

And last but not least, TERM LIMITS on the Agenda in Sumner County.

Joining us tonight is another local news guru, Justin Spurlock.

Traffic was at a standstill on Saturday after a fatal shooting on I-24. Is this further evidence that Nashville crime is expanding? What is the price for the growth we are facing? And most importantly, who foots the bill?

Well, if we are talking about the Bill for Homeless encampment cleanup, it's looking like the city wants you to pay for that, too.

Recent flooding in Texas also raises concern about flash flooding caused by over-development.

Animal Pr0n was found on a Sequatchie County Schools athletic trainer's phone.

& Overton County settled their DOJ lawsuit!

As if 40,000+ pages wasn't enough, the Tennessee General Assembly passed a TON of new laws last session. Many of those laws took effect July 1st.

Curious to what they are, this is the episode for you.

In typical, Tennessee fashion, most of the laws are reactionary.

From Cell Phones & Recess, to baiting deer & cutting off cats (catalytic converters).

Do you have an opinion on a new law? There's plenty to sound off on!

Joining us is someone who will be drastically affected by another new law (though that one doesn't take effect until January.)

Cole Ebel is the CEO of Cumberland Cannabis Company and CCC Distributing, the original Tennessee cannabis distributor. Formerly, he chaired the State Libertarian Party and served as a councilman for the City of Carthage for 4 years.

He will be giving us deep dive into the Hemp industry in Tennessee and also explain how the new law is going to change one of Tennessee's fastest growing industries.

The Big Beautiful Bill has passed. Just before it's passage Marsha Blackburn penned an amendment that struck the Ai Regulation clause from the bill.

It's been nearly a year since we broke down the advances of Ai. A lot has changed in that time. How has Ai advanced? What regulations should be imposed? Which ones COULD be imposed? Can we use it for education? How long before we live in the pod and eat the bugs?

Is Ai a tool that can help us achieve more freedom? Or will we become slaves?

& what's the difference between regulating Ai and regulating a pencil or a piece of paper?

If you enjoy humor, this episode is going to be full or short clips and some of the latest advancements in consumer-level artificial intelligence.

This week the Supreme Court of the United States made several landmark decisions which are big wins for the Tennessee General Assembly.

The Age Verification on Adult sites law that Texas passed, was upheld. It's very similar to TN's legislation and may pave the way for additional legislation proposed by State Rep Jody Barrett.

Plus, SCOTUS also ruled parents have a right to opt their children out of LGBT-reading materials, further securing parental rights!

Then, remember the Voucher Bill? It was recently announced they will not be tracking how many students were already attending private schools. Find out how all this could effect your Tennessee School Board tonight with our special guest, Joe Padilla. Joe is a retired Marine & current School Board member in Wilson County.

Earlier this year the Elevate 2025 Slate took over the Williamson County GOP during their reorganization. It was a huge upset to the establishment and was celebrated by grassroots organizers across the state.

Now, the political season is starting to ramp up. There's a special election for Congressman Mark Green's seat, the General Assembly just passed a slew of new laws (like one keeping Primaries open), and they've also failed to pass some others (Like True Constitutional Carry). Immigration enforcement is a big deal, too. How is the new Williamson County GOP reacting? What direction do they plan to take the party?

Joining us to discuss all things from the border to the budget, is Williamson County GOP Chairman, Steve Hickey. Steve retired from the Air Force after 22-year of service. as a Lieutenant Colonel. Is MAGA really divided?

Is this the start of another forever conflict? And, perhaps most importantly for us in TN, how does this change the political landscape of Tennessee's upcoming Special Election?
