Geez I'm excited. Look I'm not gonna lie I may have fanboyed most of this episode with Tom Lynch and Jack Riewoldt but shit it was good. We go into depth about some of the stories that you listeners may not know about. Yes I cop it a bit throughout the episode but you gotta cop that on the chin and move on. They both share some of their stories of how they jumped fences to get away from the media, what's the worst thing they've ever done and we also discuss their bromance too. Was an absolute ripper and I enjoyed every minute of it (as you can probably tell....)

What an episode this was! We've gotten the man with the biggest pipes ever this week in Nathan Freeman to chat about his unique AFL experience as well as talk about his life after footy too. We go into detail about how Freezer dealt with his horrid run with injury and what he did to get over the hurdles during his career as well as his move to St Kilda where he felt he opened up more to the playing group about how he was actually going in terms of his mental wellbeing. He tells and unbelievable story about his journey. He's a bloody legend! Hope you enjoy it xx

Trent Cotchin. What an honour. I sit down with Trent Cotchin this week to chat about his journey with footy as well as his journey personally too. Cotchy shares some stories with us about his early days at Richmond as well as having the role to captain such a big club at a young age. He also talks about how over the years he has learnt to embrace his imperfections and talks to us about how much that has helped him shape the man he is today. He's basically a legend and someone who I've always idolised so not gonna lie I was pretty wrapped to have him on. Hope you enjoy it xx
Thanks heaps for your support every week, keep it coming, loving it <3

Big week, big day, big episode. Damien Fleming ladies and gents. This week we chat about Flem's childhood, growing up and everything being about footy and cricket. We also touch on the one thing we both have in common and that is we both know how to have a blinder on a debut. Flem goes into detail about how Warney dropped him on a hat-trick and also gives us his best bloke First XI. We also have a special guest in Donald Trump who pop's in and I got to ask him a quick question about the AFL game being cancelled in China too. Gonna be an absolute ripper this one.
Enjoy xx
We're flying the Pat's Chat family and I've been loving the support I've been getting from you fans so thank you very much. Bigger things are on it's way!!

Special this week to have Chris (FOP Father of Patrick) on for episode 8 of Pat's Chat. It's a bloody cracker as well. Chatting to dad, we talk about his childhood memories as well as talk about how he ended up at Richmond. We go into detail about his playing career as well as touch on how many times dad has made me and especially my brothers watch his 95 final against Essendon. Was a treat to sit down and talk all things footy with dad but it wouldn't be an episode without some laughs and unreal stories too. Also we have a special guest listener who I will ask a question to this week too (Dustin Martin). Sit back, relax and enjoy it. You Beautyyyy!

Shit I'm keen for this, I caught up with Jack Higgins this week in one of the more funnier chat's I've had so far. He goes into detail about his hard working mentally and what he used as motivation to get drafted as well as talking about life in the limelight and how much he loved it in his first year. We also went into depth about his injury that he suffered in 2019 and how that impacted not only his own life but his family's as well. Of course he tell's us some tales about our friendship and some of the more funnier moments we've both had together too. This one is gonna be a beauty!!

Pretty cool episode this week, I chat with Emma Murray about her journey as an athlete and how she became one of the best mindfulness coaches in the business. We give you an insight into my journey, the lessons learned and the positive changes it has made in my life. Emma talks about her son Will’s tragic accident, the impact of it and how it changed not only Will’s but their families’ perspective. Emma's story is pretty extraordinary and it was amazing to chat with her, she has made such a large impact on my mindset towards my career and life and I hope my listeners can learn some of these valuable lessons too. I am so thrilled to share her journey with you. Hope you enjoy it!!

This week I caught up with Nick Dal Santo. The Saint and Kangaroo great and I chat about all things footy, stories as well as talking about his playing days and some of the heartache with footy. It was a pleasure chatting with him and he's an absolute legend of a fella and someone I really admire. I hope you enjoy this one!!
Pretty big episode this week, 2 massive guests in Will Sutherland and Joel Garner. We chat about all things mateship as well as talking about Will's transition from school into cricket and discussing the decision that he had to make with regards to footy or cricket. With Joel, we talk about how's he coped with moving away from friends and family to play for the Port Adelaide football club and what's life like in Adelaide. Of course it wouldn't be a Pat's Chat podcast without some unreal stories as well told by myself and the boys. It's going to be a good one, tune in!!
This week I caught up with Richmond great Alex Rance. What an episode this one is! Similar to myself, Alex grew up with a footballing father but didn't exactly love footy from the beginning. We delve into what made him fall in love with footy and what he's now doing to help the younger generation coming through. Of course Alex tell's some unbelievable stories of his childhood, footy career and even pre 2019 Grand Final. Grab your raspberry lemonade because this one is gonna be a beauty! Enjoy (shoutout as well to Ridewood photography for sponsoring the show)
