A conversation about the calling of some churches and/or people to be "Paul" types and for others to be "Barnabas" ones. "Paul" types tend to be in a very fast-paced or potentially high-risk setting and don't necessarily have the luxury to slow down for team members to work out their issues. Barnabas types tend to take bigger risks on people in order to develop them from "diamonds in the rough."
