Galatians reveals the struggle of the early church in determining how to balance the law with faith in Christ; it can be a struggle we still face today as we heed the call to honor the law even as we place our faith in Christ.

A closer look at both the passage from Acts and the "Babel" passage from Genesis that is often included on this Sunday.

The sermon from May 26, 2019 at Ascension Dallas, a continuation in the "Acting on Faith" series for the Easter season and a consideration of how we view events as they happen compared to when we reflect back on them.

A continuation of the "Acting on Faith" series, we consider why Resurrection is significant, for Jesus, for those Jesus resurrected Lazarius and why Peter could and did resurrect Tabitha.

Jesus said, I am The Way, The Truth and The Life.  Early followers of Jesus were often said to be followers of "The Way", in our text from Acts today we read of how Saul was persecuting followers of 'The Way' until confronted by Jesus.

Eastertide readings include the Resurrection and always options for passages from Acts.  This year we will be doing our best to highlight the passage from Acts and illustrating how this is a result of the Resurrected Lord.
