2021 ~ We made it! Today, I am bringing something different to this streaming platform - a short guided meditation that came to me as I prepared to get back into work life and start the flow of 2021. 

We may be out of 2020 but it is still a very difficult and uncertain time across the world.  Being unable to go out freely, see friends and family as well as dealing with the cold and grey weather (for those in the UK and similar), it can be tough to find the energy to get up and keep moving forward in any capacity. This meditation was created to be a support tool in continuing to strive forward ~ may it act as a gentle reminder and affirmation to you of why you do the all the work you do. For your self, for your financial gain, for your spiritual growth, for your joy, whatever your reasons, always remember why you do the work and be blessed as you power through 

NOTE: THE ACTUAL MEDITATION STARTS AT 03:00 MARK

I have been absent from this space for a while as I took the time to get my mind and soul right and I am so grateful for that privilege. Now I'm back and will be showing up as and when guided in whichever way I am led.
