In this first episode, I speak with grey doolin. This was a wonderfully invigorating conversation diving into how life-changing becoming intimate with ourselves and the sensations in our body can be.
grey doolin, M.Ed. (they/them) is a transgender embodiment & sexuality mentor and intimacy expert helping people experience more embodiment and intimacy in their lives. After going from a life marked by severe depression, addiction, and the effects of trauma to one of embodiment and deep connection, grey uses their own body, energy field, and limbic resonance to mentor others into embodiment and presence. grey has been featured on And the Net Appeared podcast and has helped thousands of people become more intimate with their own experience and more connected to themselves.
We dive into:
- transness and queerness as a radical way of living
- reestablishing an intimate relationship with ourselves
- letting go of attachment to our identities
- discovering, expressing, asking for and receiving what we desire
- listening to our higher selves and bodies for guidance in our lives
- leaning into uncomfortable sensations to expand into even more pleasure
