First, The plaintiff says the defendant is her aunt, who she claims spends all her money on clothes and shoes. She’s suing her for car payments and car repairs. The defendant says her niece has a bad attitude. She claims she’s spending all her money on school clothes for her niece’s daughter, so she doesn’t owe anything.

The defendant says the plaintiff always wanted to go out and party and not stay home with her child. He’s countersuing because he claims the plaintiff harassed him at his job.

Plus, The plaintiff says he and the defendant worked together, but the man got fired for drinking on the job. He’s suing because he says he paid the defendant for a car and then never got the vehicle. The defendant insists he wasn’t fired. He claims his friend was the one who sold the car, not him, and he was just the middle man.
