Plus, The plaintiff brings his daughter’s boyfriend to court and says the defendant spent 10 years in prison for drugs. The defendant and his girlfriend have a child together, and the plaintiff wants to take care of his grandchild. The plaintiff loaned the defendant money for a car, but he hasn’t been paid back, so he’s suing for an unpaid loan. The defendant admits he was in prison and met his girlfriend while he was in a halfway house. He says he already repaid the plaintiff.
