First, The plaintiff met the defendant because she started taking dance classes from him. They ended up dating and having a child, but they broke up after he allegedly abused her. The plaintiff says the defendant used her car when she was out of town and totaled it. She’s suing for the value of a car. The defendant is countersuing for the value of a truck

Then, The plaintiff says he was married to the defendants’ mother, but he caught her cheating. He says he has doubts that the defendants are his daughters, so he’s petitioning the court for two paternity tests. The defendants say they are eager to find out the results.
