Peace Devotions Audio

I encourage parents, not just want their child to be baptized, which is certainly a good thing, but to also have the same motivation to teach them everything in God's Word.

The Old Testament is full of these rules, these customs and rituals that seem so foreign to us today.

Do you remember back to the end of 2019 or maybe even early 2020. It seemed like there is a number of different organizations that wanted to come out with a theme for the coming year. That theme was quite often 20/20 vision.

They say there are two seasons in Minnesota, winter and road construction. And have had to painfully deal with road construction over these past number of months.

Are you familiar with the Grinch who stole Christmas? Today we consider the true source of Christmas Joy.

They say Santa only gives gifts to people who are good. But that is the exact opposite of what Christmas is all about. Christmas is about God's gift to people who've been bad.

Today, I want to share with you part of a verse from the book of Romans. And it's not even a whole verse.

Who Christ is really matters for us. It makes an eternal difference for us. Your Lord does not want you or me to be duped into believing the wrong thing about him. And about who he really is.

It's a silly story, but it is fun to think that we have someone who does the worrying for us here and we don't have to pay for it at all.
