In this episode I am mainly talking about how many people struggle with self-doubt and fear in their life. Fear of accomplishing their next goal, of their lifestyle, etc. We all have those thoughts that tell us that we're not capable of doing what we want to accomplish in our lifetime. But we are SO CAPABLE. Believe in yourself:)

In this episode I speak about how I myself went through this phase during the beginning of my spiritual awakening. And it is a step in the right direction for us all, including myself to realize that this is true. Our thoughts really do create our own reality. I want to try and help people understand that we ALL have this problem, and it is capable to fix, you just have to BELIEVE!!!

Also, I know I haven't posted in a few weeks but I was out of the country with this volunteer program called GIVE volunteers, and I decided to go to Laos the country with some of the most amazing people I've ever met. And I am going to post again later this week about my experience there and what all I learned on that journey. Im so stoked to share it with you all because I truly had such a wholesome, life changing experience with the best possible program and people I've ever met in my whole life.

My episode today goes a little in depth about how I was able to change my mindset from negative to positive. And I wouldn't be sharing it if I didn't think it would be helpful for other people to hear. Just remember to keep an open mind please:) I really go into depth about my spiritual awakening and how my thoughts shifted from just last year. I hope you all enjoyed getting to know a little bit about me, but there is so much more I'd love to cover. In later episodes I'm going to share more about my experiences in being WOKE, and how I got there. A lot more is still to come for me to learn and I'm willing to be on this journey and share with you all along the way. I want to get out there again, that I am ALWAYS, ALWAYS, willing to listen so if anyone ever has advice to share or something they'd like more insight on to go ahead and reach out to me and I am so ready to help share your voice or help out in any way I can:)

Like I said, spirituality has been new to me for the past year, but I have learned so much and am so excited to share this passion of mine with everyone! So excited to see where this will go and show you it's all about our mindset.
