Jaideep He has a wide range of experience in management consulting, risk management, financial analysis, and modeling out commercial real estate investments prior to joining Stack Source.

His most recent role was at Crowe as a Business Operations and Strategy Consultant. Jaideep holds a BSc. Business Administration degree from University of Southern California (USC) and an MBA at Colorado State University.

Jaideep has served as the Board Treasurer for Aurora Cultural Arts District (ACAD), Board Member of the USC Alumni Real Estate Network (AREN), President of the USC Young Alumni Council, and on the USC Board of Governors.

About Stefani :

Stefani turned to education as her path towards success by going to community college at 16, went on to receive a criminal justice degree and by 21 and became the youngest criminal investigator in Sacramento County, where she achieved an impressive record of positive outcomes for her clients.

Along her journey, she met many people from unusual backgrounds, some of whom struggled with substance abuse and eventually committed suicide. This encouraged her to pursue helping people in need of stability and care.

After a successful career in criminal investigations, Stefani went on to pursue her dreams of joining the family real estate business. She spent years learning the ins and outs of real estate and lending with her family brokerage and was able to purchase her first home at 23.

Today, Stefani is a broker, mortgage and loan expert who specializes in helping real estate agents gain an edge in this competitive market and has both her real estate and mortgage broker licenses and is the CEO of her own corporation. Stefani is a proud Air Force mom, has three sons, two granddaughters and her adorable Pomeranian, Lola. Stefani is passionate about grassroots community outreach and enjoys working with her community to find solutions to help people experiencing homelessness in Sacramento.

Toronto native, Jas Takhar, has been in the sales and service industry for over 26 years. Soon after deciding to try his hand in real estate, he founded REC Canada under Royal LePage, and for over 5 years has successfully kept his team top 3 in the country. 

With 50 realtors and 11 support staff, the team advises and assists over 625 buyers, sellers and investors, yearly, across the Greater Toronto Area, resulting in a total of over $2.1B in transactions. Jas’ area of expertise is in helping investors build out their real estate portfolios. Wanting to share his knowledge and experience with the masses, he wrote a book titled, Real Estate Intelligence, which teaches anyone how to buy or sell real estate on their own.

Xiao is the Managing Director of Hageman Capital, and manages the day-to-day operations, as well as leading all bond structuring and negotiations for the Hageman Capital portfolio.

Hageman Capital is a purchaser in single-site, developer-backed TIF bonds. They structure the bonds in a way that maximizes cash available to invest in the real estate project. As a result, their structure allows for better financing by decreasing the debt burden on the real estate development, enabling greater odds of success for developers, investors, and the community.

Prior to joining Hageman Capital, Xiao was a Principal at Fifth Third Securities, a regional investment banking firm, primarily focused on high-yield TIF and municipal bond transactions in the Midwest. Xiao is a graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration and a Master’s in Public Affairs.

Xiao is civically involved in many non-profit organizations in the Central Indiana community. He is an active member of the Penrod Society, and serves on the boards of the Center for Performing Arts, University High School of Indiana, Reach for Youth, and Carmel Clay Public Library. Xiao also serves on the finance committee for Benjamin Harrison Presidential Site.

The most successful time in Ruben’s career was during the 2009 financial crisis; during this time, he bought, fixed, and sold distressed properties, which showed his determination in both bullish and bearish markets.
