Growing up, I was just your average kid. It wasn’t until high school that I realized I had no direction and no plan for my life. So, after I graduated high school, I joined the United States Marine Corps where I spent 5 years learning life lessons of discipline, raising the standards I hold myself too and a commitment to excellence.

When I transitioned out of the USMC I embarked on a new journey in the Network Marketing space. Here, I found myself learning people skills, tools to create change for people and myself and ultimately how to create results. There was just one problem….

I was stuck in self-sabotaging patterns that destroyed my relationships because of insecurities. I was emotionally unstable and I had no clue what made me happy and ultimately….I didn’t love myself at all. I was far from being a positive example for anyone. I knew I wanted more out of life. I knew there had to be more. I hit a breaking point.With nothing else to lose, I started investing the little resources I had into mentorship, hiring coaches and feeding my brain every day.

I was suffering and knew I had to make changes if I wanted to go to the next level of life. I had to start mastering myself and not just toe-dipping around. As I developed the rituals and habits in my life that have taken me from victim to victor….I now live a truly blessed life. I built a 6 bedroom home that overlooks a golf course, have an amazing wife that I’m so in love with and a healthy son. Now, I know who I am, am constantly growing and I am beyond happy and fulfilled. I figured some things out along my journey and have now made it my mission to help others do the same. It’s time to put an end to suffering and master life by design.

My name is Jay Conner…and let me tell you: I CAN RELATE to all these feelings and frustrations of losing out on so many deals. When I started out investing in Real Estate, I did it ALL THE WRONG WAY! Like so many other Real Estate Investors, I was taken to the slaughter house. I went to my local banker and was able to do a few deals…but you know what happened: I had to come up with Big Down Payments, pay origination fees, and most importantly…play by their rules. (Including signing personal guarantees on everything I owned.) I hated it. I felt owned by the bank, out of control, and stressed out.

So, I got some education and learned about buying properties “Subject-To,” Using Options, and buying with “Lease/Options.” These tools opened up my opportunities, but then The Hammer Came Down!!! When the market turned south big-time…my banker CUT ME OFF!!! With No Warning!!! I knew I had to find another way. I searched high and low for another system that would give me the funds I needed. Then I realized I needed to combine the best aspects of all that I researched. And that’s whenI created the basis for this system. I kept refining it until I thought I had the best formula. Then I put it all together and made contact with my first prospect. I trusted my system and the very first person I approached gave me $250,000 in Private Money…and what blew me away was How Easy It Was!!!

Within a few, short months…I had $2,150,000 in Private Money!!! And that was just a couple of years ago…and it has ROCKED MY REAL ESTATE INVESTING CAREER! (My banker actually did me a HUGE FAVOR…I just didn’t know it at the time because that set-back forced me to create the system that would bring me lots of money Fast and Easy without relying on bankers or my credit.) The Massive Profits (7 Figures Per Year) I’ve been blessed to enjoy by creating and putting into action my “Where To Get The Money Now” System has without a doubt been my Biggest Quantum Leap since becoming a Real Estate Investor. And I live in a city with only 40,000 people.

About Garrett:

“In football, as in life, the most important person on the field is often the least noticed – the left tackle: he protects the quarterback’s blind side.” As a quarterback at Stanford University, this simple lesson laid the early foundation for Garrett’s servant-leadership philosophy: “It’s the people you work with every day who determine your ability to make an impact”.

After achieving a degree in Mechanical Engineering at Stanford, and despite an early desire to jump right into a Silicon Valley start-up after graduation, Garrett’s passion to serve led him to San Diego to become an officer in the Navy SEALs. During this time, he was also selected to become an Olmsted Scholar (similar to a Rhodes Scholarship). After learning Hebrew from scratch, he earned his master’s degree in Cybersecurity at Tel Aviv University…in Hebrew!
