The firm’s leading clients include Pennsylvania, Delaware, Illinois, New Mexico, and Ukraine, for whom the company serves as their Middle East Regional Office.  He is responsible for the daily coordination of local office activities in Israel, Turkey, Jordan, the Palestinian Authority, North Africa, the Arabian Gulf, Pakistan, and Egypt.  

To this end, he helped to create and maintain a national and regional marketing system for the promotion of American exports.    

Mr. Vogelman also produces The Fortnightly, a newsletter on economic and business development in Israel and the Middle East that is distributed internationally.  Mr. Vogelman has experience in both the construction field and on collective agricultural settlements, where he was extensively involved in organic/biological agriculture.  As a citizen of Israel, Mr. Vogelman is a retired Captain (res.) in the Israel Defense Forces, having served with the I.D.F. Spokesperson.  

He is also the president of the American Civil War Round Table in Israel. He currently resides in Maale Adumim, Israel

Roohani Barkat hailing from Gilgit Baltistan has completed her graduation in Economics and currently working at S& Global.  She has been actively volunteering with the Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS) and Youth & Women for Peace and Dialogue (YWPD). Currently, under S&P Global’s Corporate Social Responsibility, she is part of the Million Women Mentors (MWM) Program taskforce.   

Hiba Ikram, a Generation Change Fellow of USIP (United States Institute of Peace), is a social sciences graduate and a development professional. Hiba is Vice President of an NGO, ‘Beydaar Society,’ co-runs a digital media venture, ‘Opportunity Nest’.  She is a passionate peace activist and has worked for the cause on various platforms.

Lisa Swenarski arrived in Islamabad as the Cultural Affairs Officer in June 2019, after completing a master’s degree program at the Air War College.  In her 18-year career with the State Department, she has served in New Delhi, Kabul, Jeddah, Cairo, Quito, and Managua.  Before joining the Department, she was the director of the press office at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta.  

She is a San Francisco native and earned her bachelor’s from San Francisco State University in journalism and a master’s from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy.  Her spouse, Alan Herrera, is an eligible family member in the Facilities Section, and they have one adult daughter.

Muhammad Ali Sadpara (born February 2nd, 1976) is a Pakistani mountaineer. He was part of the team that successfully achieved the first-ever winter summit on Nanga Parbat in 2016. Both his teammates, Alex Txikon and Simone Moro, have gone on record stating that they could not have done it without Sadpara's brilliance. He had successfully climbed four eight-thousanders in a calendar year and a total of eight in his career.   Sadpara and his son, Sajid Sadpara, who had climbed K2 in 2019, teamed up with Icelandic mountaineer John Snorri Sigurjónsson, and Chilean mountaineer Juan Pablo Mohr Prieto, for a joint K2 ascent, leaving the highest camp on the evening of February 4th, 2021. Sajid had to come back because of a technical issue leaving the others at the Bottleneck, close to the summit. His father, Snorri and Mohr kept climbing up, but they didn't come back by night as planned. A rescue mission with two army helicopters was organized on February 6th. The three climbers are still missing.  

Manzoor Ameen (A student of tourism and youth activist), is a neighbor of Ali Sadpara and explains his bond with Ali as a Chota Bhai (Younger Brother).

Irina is also an adviser to the London-based International Justice Organization, a spokesperson for the Gulf Israel  Human Rights Forum, and the secretary of the New York-based cultural organization Moroccan Americans in New York.  Irina has written and commented extensively on information warfare, geopolitics, US foreign policy, and MENA for a variety of domestic and international media and think-tanks; she has briefed members of Congress on foreign policy issues, including Iran, security, and human rights; and her work has been translated to Arabic, Farsi, Turkish, Kurdish, Azerbaijani, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, German, Indonesian, Chinese, and Russian.
