Just More Excitement: BCH needs more excitement. I’m excited about PMv3, SmartBCH and my own onboarding efforts at Panmoni. AnyHedge. AidSmash. We need some large initiative to beckon all kinds of people into BCH. Not just a $200mm fund that never seems to publicize its investments. Not just 10,000 BCH raised. Not just having the tools and the possibilities but we need to go out there and build the next mile, maybe the last mile.

Scaling. People talk about how we need to have bigger blocks, but this is an old game. What we really need is the genuine on-chain activity that will justify asking the ecosystem to grow its infra to sustainably accommodate larger block sizes.

Cross-Border Always: never focus too much on converting X country to BCH, think about the cross-border flows and how to get people to use BCH for them. Naming adoption projects after countries therefore is not recommendable.
