I'm doing some housekeeping on the PC in preparation for the motherboard swap, and I found this video which I completed, but never uploaded, so here you go. This was taped during the short period I lived with Mom.

A look at the current state of the main computer setup, with an introduction of a new component and an additional computer.

Some cool vintage recordable cassettes I found at the thrift store.

This was taped in 2020, and I basically held onto it as a "rainy day" video to upload in case there was a lull. I obviously and unfortunately have lacked the mood to make new videos for the past couple of months, so I figured that time was now. For that I am sorry, and I hope you enjoy this in the meantime.

A deal months in the making finally happened this week. Lets unbox this package and see what I bought.

I discovered that Ethernet cards to fit vintage Macs with an LC PDS slot are reasonably priced to procure, and with the help of my Patreon supporters, I bought one for the LC III! Let's install it and see if we can browse the web on a 68k Mac from 1993.

The idea for this video was inspired when I harvested four 80-pin 72 GB Ultra320 SCSI hard drives out of an ex-CBC digital video recorder. I hope that perhaps the odd vintage Mac owner or two will find this useful.
