The story behind this song is even more beautiful—it’s a song about thoughts, about all those little things that confuse us and keep us awake, about the urge to switch off our brains, give them a break for a while, and do without them, BUT! It also talks about the fact that we aren’t always alone in facing things, but sometimes we can’t bring ourselves to ask for help, even though we know someone is there for us. Band of Unknowere also say that these things sometimes make us wonder if they’re actually parts of us, or just temporary. In the end, it’s also said that the cure is often close at hand—all it takes is a few words from someone special.

La storia dietro questa canzone è più bella, è una canzone che parla dei pensieri, di tutte quelle cose anche piccole che confondono e non fanno dormire, parla della voglia di staccarsi il cervello e lavarlo per un po' e fare senza, MA! Parla anche del fatto che non sempre siamo da soli ad affrontare le cose, ma a volte non riusciamo a farci aiutare, ma sappiamo che c'è qualcuno li per noi. I Band of Unknowere raccontano anche che queste cose a volte ci portano a pensare se effettivamente son pezzi di noi, o cose temporanee. Alla fine viene anche detto che la cura spesso è vicina, bastan solo delle parole da qualcuno in particolare.

Entrambi hanno la paura di perdersi, ma lui sa che andrebbe tutto bene, e prova quindi a convincerla. Le dice anche che tentar non nuoce, ma che si può sempre tornare indietro. Una delle preoccupazioni del ragazzo è il tempo! Doverlo poi smezzare con altre persone... il tempo che passano insieme ora non vuole che venga ridotto o cambiato da nessun altro.               8. Monte Catria - La Montagna Sacra

                Appennino centrale, sul confine tra le Marche e l’Umbria, qui il monte Catria con i suoi 1701 mt di altezza oltre a regalare una divertente ascesa consente di ammirare un panorama unico sul centro Italia:

                ad ovest l’Appennino con il Falterona e le propaggini del Pratomagno impediscono lo sguardo sul Tirreno, a nord-ovest Simoncello e Sasso di Simone, Carpegna e i monti di Montecopiolo.
                Verso nord, con il cielo terso si ammirano il Corno alle Scale e il Cimone, ad est si apre la vista sul Titano (Repubblica di San Marino) il Monte Conero e ovviamente L’Adriatico; a Sud: i Sibillini, i Monti della Laga, e il Terminillo, con il Subasio e i monti di Spoleto, che impediscono la vista su Roma, A Sud-Ovest: Perugia, il Lago Trasimeno e l’Amiata.
                Nei giorni particolarmente fortunati si arriva addirittura a scorgere il Delta del Po e il profilo del Gran Sasso, con un binocolo il profilo delle Dolomiti e delle prealpi Venete.
                In sintesi una terrazza panoramica unica sull’Italia e dove dovremo sicuramente tornare in condizioni di visibilità migliori di quelle che oggi, purtroppo, ci consente l’afa africana che soffoca il paese dal mesi.
