The republican party, once a party of ideas and conservative policy, seems to be a shell of itself. Debates lack intellectual honest and favor personal attacks. Loses are not just loses, but evidence of fraud and conspiracy. A party that once promoted a conservative agenda now seems to rely on populist ideas. For many of us, it is unrecognizable.

After following the rules for several months and doing everything they could to make their establishment safe, they faced harsher regulations. Now, the restaurants are looking to fight back. Alan along with several other restaurant owners, have filed a lawsuit challenging the Governor's mandates. They hope they can some relief, or some support, because without it they may all be done.

On election night a few weeks back, conservatives may have had more to celebrate than you think. In several states, including some deep blue states, ballot measures were rejected or approved that seemed to fit a conservative agenda. Grover Norquist, President of Americans for Tax Reform, joins us on this episode to talk through the good news from many different states on many different issues. The bad news, however, is that despite some good news on election night, many states are headed back to a lockdown. More businesses will almost certainly be lost, jobs gone, and the science ignored. The worst news? Kentucky is one of them.
