Los Galantes is a band that came out of nowhere and quickly gained a following in the Latin music world. The band was formed by cousins Kalifazz and Juan , who grew up playing music together. They began their career by playing with Los Freddy's, Grupo Latino,  Los Bukis, but soon struck out on their own. The band's name comes from a simple wish: to make music that would make people dance. And that's exactly what they've done. With their catchy melodies and lively beats, Los Galantes has earned a reputation as one of the best dance bands around. So if you're were looking for a good time, look no further than Los Galantes.  This look back at how they had a blast living right up front at such a young age.  

Kalifazz and daFunnyGuy come together after another exciting week and sit down with up and coming promoter and producer of comedy shows Anita Guiterrez-Dune.  Anita, who through her own traumatic upbringing and life choices, found ways to overcome stress and mental breakdown.  Anita shares her tales of starting a family at a young age to becoming a military wife.  Military wives also suffer from PTSD and hearing how Anita built a thriving model for many military and veteran wives who can follow.    Anita's story isn't just one of struggle but one of growth and how she applied that to build a bridge to become a prominent comedy producer.  Her laugh is infectious.  Her work with the Camp Pendleton Military Spouse Association helped her put resources together and she's building comedy shows to give .  Mami from Home Front American also gets a shout-out as well.  Love what we do!  

Kalifazz goes back to his childhood to reconnect with his memories of Saturdays and Sundays watching Pro Wrestling greats and los luchadors of Mexico.  In the studio Kalifazz and daFunnyGuy sit down..  Yup sitting so Kalifazz can be equally tall with the monstrosity that is Anthony Idol. So Cal Wrestling  EWF and CWFM multi-time champion. This conversation goes from being just a podcast to a slam session.  Kalifazz tries to push Anthony Idol to a fight but Anthony is not having it!  This is one for the ages.  

Kalifazz and daFunnyGuy turn up the noise for the Pajaro Negro as they settle down for a conversation with El Pajaro Negro, Marcus Daniels mister Algo Mas Suave, Mr Tuffdiggler himself.  One of the baddest black tejano stars who, like Dee Burleson, embraced the tejano and conjunto styles and found himself on the map making videos and novella like story art for his songs.  

On this episode the fire gets hot as Kalifazz and daFunnyGuy welcome DJ Saz from SAZRadio.com and TejanoLippz.com, internet radio super estrella to the big screen.  It's hard to believe this is her first podcast interview.  Kalifazz takes first shots and start cracking chisme y talking shit.     Sidalia Almaguer Mendoza gets her podcast cherry popped as she talks about marketing and promoting her brand and her sound.  Her mission to keep Tejano music live for her kids and her kid's kids.  She gives Kalifazz a new nickname.   "KFC" -- too funny.  Check this episode out with DJ Saz, Saz Sazzz...
