Are you happy working with all of clients right now? Are you craving more credibility, recognition and financial reward for all that hard work you're putting in? Well, attracting everyone with a pulse isn't the answer. Being a master of nothing, and a Jack (or Jill!) or all trades dilutes your message and confuses your customer. But, in this episode, you'll learn that to gain true expert status, it's all about narrowing down your reach and serving one very specific type of client. Enjoy!

Welcome to the first episode of The Pelvicpreneur Podcast! So amazing to have you here. Let me take you on a journey from my humble beginnings as a gym instructor, to postnatal fitness expert, to then suffering with debilitating foot pain, only for that to be the catalyst to where I am today: quitting teaching my fitness/Pilates classes after 14+ years, to now specialising in pelvic floor dysfunction and mentoring FitPros, Personal Trainers and Physios solely online.
