The Penn State Nittany Lions don't start spring practice until next week, but spring visits are already in full swing around college football. Today on the BWI Live Recruiting Show, we're previewing the players who plan to visit Happy Valley in the coming weeks.

Penn State news and notes

Former defensive lineman Smith Vilbert announced that he's transferring to North Carolina to play for Bill Belichick. We'll put a bow on the story of Vilbert's surprise move to the portal and what it means for the team's defensive line depth.
