The mortality of man, the symbolisms, the doctrines of Christ, Salvation, etc. We also observe the tragic sacrifice. The brutality, mocking, shaming, and degrading of the Son of God. But Jesus’ sacrifice let’s all of mankind know: God doesn’t just see this and acknowledge from afar. He, too, out of love for us, entered into our condition and has endured.
