In this episode, I have the privilege being joined by Nathan Addai; the founder of Mental Roots.
Mental Roots is a multi-media brand which aims to destigmatise and improve mental health in underrepresented ethnic communities, using artistic and innovative solutions including animations and podcasts. I am hugely inspired by all that Nathan has created as part of Mental Roots and wanted to hear his story behind his incredible multi-media brand.
I was also keen to hear Nathan’s perspective on how you and I can home in on our creativity in order to create meaningful work that impacts others, just as Nathan has done with such excellence with Mental Roots.
