Steve chats with Ocean MacAdams, the president of Thrillist. Ocean explains that when he left a job that ended up not being what he wanted to do he made a difficult choice of quitting.  His message is that nobody is going to make your career for you.  Sometimes quitting is the only way to take a step forward, when we get stuck in a bad job or one that isn't the right fit then we are making compromises to our future.
