In this third and final part of this episode I ask whether Ridhi is contributing to the insecurities of women in society being a practitioner in aesthetics. She discussed the boundaries she employs with her own work and I ask whether there is any legislation or legal responsibility she or any other practitioner in her filed would have should their work cause a client any significant harm from an emotional perspective. 

We also discuss her dating experiences with her online following and the stereotypes she has had to battle because of it 

In part 2 we talk how growth of Ridhi's platform(s) has her second guessing what she should upload and concerns of how much or little she should show of her own personality on the off chance people wouldn't like her for her. I ask her why she continue to go back to social media and create content when dealing with online trolls and cancel culture 

We talk the impact of likes from strangers and pressure that arises from lack of engagement and navigating the algorithm. I also ask Ridhi what her long term goal/aspiration is with social media to give back to the community she has built as well as reaping the rewards of it. 

Episode 4 is something a little different. I sat down with Ridhi Naker who's content on social media has amassed to nearly 30,000 followers and 401,000 likes on TikTok. Her personal account on IG also amounts to a following of nearly 7,000 followers.

Over the next three weeks you're going to hear the story of a university educated woman who's successfully tapped in to social media which has resulted in  financial gain and contributed to the success of her aesthetics clinic. I also ask around the ugly and ignorant topics of dating to insecurities and whether her presence on social media contributes to getting gratification and of course the mental health impact of social media. 

In Part 1 we begin with discussing her social media presence and what it takes to have such an impact on these platforms. 

It's time we conclude Episode 3. In this final part of my discussion with Caroline we discuss how to reduce risk in business but also the question is asked if this can ever truly be reduced to 0%.
