Getting Ben on for Episode 4 was a real pleasure. From being seduced by Panto Dames to training at the gym, we covered the lot. 

He talked rather eloquently and he absolutely nailed the scene in his chosen play - BRITANNIA WAVES THE RULES by Gareth Farr.

Kelsey brought in WAITING FOR GODOT by Samuel Beckett as her chosen play this week and we had such a good time doing it, we absolutely had to do two scenes. She nailed it on  Episode 3 and it was really great to get some female energy on. We touched on extremely important topics such as being a woman in the industry as well as her experiences with CBT.

I live with Michael so I’d like to think I know how he’s doing a lot of the time however, speaking to him in a “podcast setting” was really special. I knew I wanted him on for episode 2 even before we recorded the first ep. His chosen play was THE VISIT or THE OLD LADY COMES TO CALL by Tony Kushner which he performed on The National’s Olivier Stage alongside Lesley Manville and Hugo Weaving back in February/ March this year pre lockdown.

It was a real pleasure having George in as first guest on People, Places and Podcasts. As you can tell we’ve been very close friends for quite some time. His chosen play was Dealers Choice by Patrick Marber and we speak about his connection to the play, his recent endeavours in Essex, Peter Rabbit, his pal Craig Parkinson and much more.
