Why do you clap in church? Why do you raise your hands in worship? Why do you do what you do? Are you following the crowd, or are you following your heart as it is being led by the spirit?

Suffering is never fun, but we need to learn to praise God through it. Praise can be painful if things aren’t going our way; however, life will never take us from mountain top to mountain top. We need to get better at praising God in the valleys!

Faith is great, but we have to put in the work to get what we have enough faith to see. We can’t rely on our pastor to get us what we have faith we can have; we have to put in the work necessary to see it happen.

If the devil can distract you, he will distance you, and then he will try to destroy you.

Passion, priorities, and consistency. Those three things all work hand-in-hand together. To increase your passion, make God a consistent priority in your life.

Be impactful, don’t worry about the numbers.

Turn your trauma into a testimony; don’t be afraid to be vulnerable. Are you willing to get uncomfortable to experience a move of the Holy Spirit, and how hungry are you for more of God?
