Healing and wellness has quickly moved its way to the forefront of everyones mind over the past year. So there was no one I rather discuss this with then my dear friend Fern Olivia Langham. Fern Olivia is trained in a multitude of spiritual and holistic healing modalities and has grown a worldwide yoga movement, Thyroid Yoga.
On todays episode I have a conversation with Fern about her experience in taking risks as an entrepreneur, and finding her path as a healer and medicine women.

When I went out on my first solo trip, I was fascinated by the way budget backpacking seemed like a rite of passage. A tradition to create a unique travel experience, and share backpacker knowledge that is passed down from traveler to traveler over many years. We will explore the idea that even while traveling alone, you are never really alone. How these connections can lead to so many doors opening like future work, learning new traits and practices, and even lead to the most memorable travel adventures.
Todays episode is audio from a webinar I presented for the Nomdaic Network in June 2021.
Sometimes in order to truly have a unique travel experience you need to just trust that the universe is going to provide you with everything you need - Andrea Boljat took a spontaneous trip to Costa Rica, and what happened next changed her life forever
Sometimes in order to truly have a unique travel experience you need to just trust that the universe is going to provide you with everything you need. On todays episode I catch up with my friend Andrea who I met in 2021 in Costa Rica, just as she and her friend decided to be spontaneous and travel to Santa Teresa (Without a plan). What happened next changed her life forever, as she took her adventure across the sea.
Travel can give you moments and time to stop and reflect about life, on where you come from, and where are you going. On this episode we catch up my my good friend Michael Rubenstone. In 2020 Michael packed his family into a mobile home and drove them across the country for a one month road trip. It was on the trip he started to reflect and focus on the question of, What Makes A Home?
On this episode we try a new format by having a conversation with my nomadic brother Nico Colombo who has been a nomad now for 12 years. We will learn about what it’s like to live life on the road, what to expect, how to make the most of it. Nico gives some really solid advice to anyone thinking of moving towards a more nomadic lifestyle.
Anna French has always been adventrious, as she caught the travel bug at a young age by going on epic road trips with her mom. Since then, Anna has backpacked around the globe, and found herself living in her van for three years, as she ventured around the country. Along the way she learned so much about herself, ways to travel sustainably, and even found somethings she was not looking for, that forever changed her life.
We all have met people who dream of quitting the nine to five rat race, for a life of more adventure and travel. Courtney Condy is one of those lucky few who actually went for it, and in 2015 she found herself on a trek of a lifetime to the Everest Basecamp in Nepal. It was April 2015, and on the 25th of that month, Nepal was hit by a devastating 8.0 magnitude earthquake, that rocked the city as well as the surrounding mountain ranges leaving thousands dead and even more injured. Suddenly a trek of a lifetime became quick reminder of how fragile life can actually be.

I first met Danger Dave Suske when I was checking into my dorm room at the Community Hostel in Quito . That was in 2018, and good Ole Danger Dave was still there in 2020 and when the Ecuador Lockdown came roaring though the capitol. It would leave many travelers stranded asking a lot of questions.
