Today, I punched the punching bag super hard and super fast. Guess what it felt great. I wept today. I needed to. I thought about the past few years and the challenges that increased my faith while stretching me at the same time. Sometimes, you need a moment. We all do. It’s okay to feel vulnerable. I am many things to many people, but one thing I am not is a super hero .🙂 How about you? How are you doing i all that has happened in the world. Listen in.

Here’s what I found out, fear and procrastination are family. Don’t let them come to visit and stunt your progress. You’ve got things to do. Shift your mindset. Shift your life.

We live in a world where people are super opinionated. It’s up to you to choose to accept what is healthy communication and refute what is not. How do you see yourself? It’s important to learn what God says about you. As you and I embrace the truth and realize God refers to us as royalty, we can embrace this truth and live an empowered life. Let’s talk about this.

Most people don’t celebrate the caterpillar. They can’t see any worth in that stage. Neither do they celebrate the chrysalis stage, when the caterpillar is going through a severe metamorphosis. It’s not until it presses through the process and become a butterfly that it is celebrated. Yet, every part of the journey is necessary for survival. Your journey may be difficult at times. Your faith muscles may be stretched until you feel uncomfortable, but keep going. This is only part of your journey. There’s so much more.

Tonight I decided to read to you from my book “Don’t give up” chapter 13 “Between Here and There.” After listening to the replay I noticed the playback had some background noise. I decided not to re-record it, because there are imperfect moments and people who are yet valuable. So I decided to leave it up because the message is valuable. Let me share a few golden nuggets with you. It's time to faith Up!

Let me motivate you to keep on pushing forward. As parents and even business owners we don't get a pass. We are responsible for making it happen. That task and dream won't happen on their own. How are you showing up for your purpose, family and business? Let's go!
